I have never in my time as a human being come across such a bunch of incompetent, useless, pathetic people EVER.. I mean really. do they just take people off the street and employ them to handle delicate issues such as my debt and other? When you request documentation - they don't send it.. when you request proof - they don't send it. WHEN YOU ASK TO SPEAK TO A SINGLE COMPETENT INDIVIDUAL - THEY DONT HAVE THOSE, but yet the just expect you to pay them on a threatening email and sms please! Some institution needs to evaluate these guys and their unscrupulous behaviour towards the public. I try to call them to get info and when you do you get a language barrier and all the excuses under the sun. It is harassment from them and I think it is time to get other lawyers involved from now on. Oh the cheek of them to bill you for every sms and email is just blatant. I REFUSE TO DEAL WITH THESE EVER AGAIN UNTIL SOMEONE WHO IS IN CHARGE CONTACTS ME. I have even gone as far to call them and tell them that I am about to explain something and that if you interrupt me I will put the phone down. I have yet to finish my sentence of explanation -I throw the phone down every time. ANGRY
