Attorneys have taken 4 months after having ALL the required docs to get rates and taxes figures in order to lodge for registration of our bond. Other attorneys have had the same problems and done it in one month! Why after one month have they not taken the information to a specialist as the other attorneys have done? No feedback is given and we are not kept informed of progress at all. Subsequently we have been forced to pay occupational rent and the bond on the property to be sold. We are still not making any progress and still have no idea how long it will take. The situation is making us bankrupt. If one tries to contact the attorneys they ignore ones completely.
