We are homeowners in Atholl. Our Standard Bank bond, which is paid up, was handed to Evelyn at Madhlopa Inc for Cancellation. The process started in July 2013, and after paying the account that they sent me, the Bond was cancelled by the deeds Office in Pretoria on 27 August 2013.
It is now 9th December 2013, and in spite of many calls and emails and many promises from Evelyn, nothing has happened since.
Our Title Deeds are just not forthcoming.
This is an inefficient firm of Conveyancers and I shall recommend to my Private banker that clients look elsewhere to get speedy service.
