I received the worst service from a call agent by the name of CASSIDY from Norman Bissett & Associates. Not only did he fail to communicate what was expected of me, he later refused to take responsibility or apologise for his error but rather opted for a bad attitude and plain rude tendencies. As an agent myself I do not understand how he could even talk like that and get away with it seeing as the calls are APPARENTLY recorded. Appauling!!!
