Dear Sir/Madam
For attention National Credit Regulator and Hello Peter, I need advise regarding this arrears account which I have been paying off according to an original agreement with VVM for the past 12 months.
The original amount owed to Vodacom was R1200 is now settled, I now owe the R1020 to VVM in legal fees! To which the add every month, at this rate I will be paying this company for years to come??
The costs that VVM has now lodged against the capital amount owed to Vodacom is now almost the same amount, how can VVM charge such a high amount of fees I settled the account according the original agreement that THEY suggested?
Please kindly advise me as to how legal this is, and what my course of action should be. I am currently unemployed and do not earn a salary, and at this rate I will be paying this company for years to come as they constantly keep adding fees.
