Threatening and Bullying Consumers

MBD Keeps on Threatening my wife with accounts from 1996 that was paid but they claim was not paid. Even if the accounts was not paid the accounts has prescribed!! Who keeps any proof of payment for 15 plus years? They are bullying unethical people. And try phoning. No one knows anything apart from they say you owe Edgars money. I have phoned and spoken to some to whom I explained that this account has prescribed!! They know i am rite and said that the detail will be removed but the SMS harassment keeps on going. We are now contacting XDS with whom they threaten all the time and getting credit report. Then the Ombudsman and the a case of harassment will be opened. Why can no one stop these corporate bullies. And why do they only seem to employ uneducated people with absolutely no clue?
