I have been a member with Lipco for more than 6 years. Gold Member (this means you pay more and don't get the assistance you need plan)
In the last 4 years of being married they have not ONCE updated my details on their system, but behold, every single time I phone in, I have to go through the whole process of updating my details!!! It takes forever.
These are the same people that did my marriage contract that doesn't update my surname. Great work Lipco.
They do not assist you with Maintenance orders (meaning you can download the application form for maintenance and that's that) You have to go to court, submit the form, get the date, etc.
Today I phoned in to speak to a lawyer, Amanda is a "legal advisor" that answered the phone, rude, obnoxious, doesn't answer any of my questions and doesn't understand english!!! She does NOT want to transfer me to a Lawyer or explain why I (who is a gold member) cannot speak to one. Once again, GREAT WORK lipco.
They also do not assist in criminal cases so by the way. If you are looking for any type of assistance legally, best stay clear from this
