I am not very happy with the service delivery. I've been a member of Lipco for more than three years, to date i have never received a card with my member number on nor with any details or emergency numbers (not even contact numbers of Lipco offices) whatsoever. Lipco offices moved a couple of times, i dont even know where they situated anymore. Installments are deducted every month. I've complained about my cards that i didn't receive yet while the offices were still situated in edward street, durban road. I am very dissapointed.
