Hammond pole has made contact with me, making payment for the 30th of every month, for my absa overdraft. now this arrangement was made on the 06/11/2013, first payment due on the 30th of November. Now i receive a sms: Due to non payment made on your absa account be advised that the matter is reffered to the legal department to proceed with summons? i offered to send hammond pole my letter of termination, proving that i am unimployed. Mercyfully i have found a job, first pay at the end of the month. i can not contact them, i do not have money. i have the sms proving payment arrangements, ref HP1521419. 06/11/2013. on the 6th nov i made a deposit of R50, thats all i had to my name, although i was not requested to do so. No phone calls after payment arrangement made on the 6th nov?? how is this possible?
