I was contacted about 3 weeks ago about an outstanding Vodacom account. I explained that the Vodacom account was paid in full to another law firm collecting outstanding money on behalf of companies. They demanded the firms name as well as proof it was paid. I send this to the only e-mail address that this firm have. In the mean time I got a letter from the law firm confirming the account was paid in full, Vodacom as well send me confirmation to this effect. I again e-mailed all the information as they phoned everyday saying they did not received it. Thursday last week I again send it for the 4th time and decided to phone Dimakato that phone me the 1st time, after a long time going from one person to the next reached Dimakato after 15 min. While taking to her and demanding that she must correct the records, she just rudely put down the phone in my ear. Today I was called again from someone else at the firm starting the same story, and again I e-mailed everything to them.
I demand that MBD must remove my name from their records.
