I had the misfortune of purchasing a second hand BMW from Lyndhurst BMW. After several failed attempts to recover replacement cost for defective tires and several other items I handed the matter over to Lipco. Amanda was appointed to my case as the liaison. It took several calls and follow up emails to the manager at BMW before they finally agreed to have the faults attended and I was finally reimbursed for the tires that I had to replace shortly after purchasing the vehicle. Amanda constantly kept me in the loop and also ensured that the other faults were attended to after booking my car into the dealership, the whole process taking almost a year.
I am greatly disappointed with BMW Lyndhurst and their lack of customer care but am extremely impressed with both Amanda and Lipco.
