I use to have a Vodacom credit card. This account was paid up through MBCS in 2012. I have been receiving phone calls and letters threatening legal action for the past 6 months from HammondPole Attorneys. I have explained to them that I have paid up this account and I have even sent them the settlement letter received from MBCS. This morning again I received a registered mail threatening legal action if I don't pay the amount owing. Can somebody look into this because I do not owe FNB anything and it is really frustrating me.
I have been talking to the following people: Trent van Tonder, Thami Gininda, Thami sent an email to Ansie asking her to close the case because I have paid, he sent me the email he forwaded to Ansie and this morning spoke to Yonela Sitela and Ansie Robbertse and no one seemed to know what is going on. Instead they said they were given instructions to proceed with legal action.
