I was owing Vodacom money some years ago, and the legal department incharge of retrieving the money was TSL legal services.
I have payed up my account in full, and this was done in December 2012, i then received a closing letter from the company on the 22nd of December 2012 stating that the account had been closed.
When i check on my Transunion ITC services, the account is reflecting as not payed up and this is having negative outcomes with my credit history and points.
I receive a message from this company every month since December last year stating that i am owing, but when i do call them with the refrence number given to me, they can clearly see on their systems that the account has been payed up. Every month its the same story, where an operator from that company confirms that my accout has been payed up and is closed in their books, but i still receive the sms every month and its reflecting on ITC as unpaid.
This is a very stressful inconvenience, as i am not able to do much because my point system and credit record is being effected by incompatent people working for this legal company.
I dont know what more to do about this.
