This is a follow up on my last entry, MBD Inc Attorney and the SABC TV License department seem to believe that they are exempt from the Credit Act. They wore me down after a year of phoning me 2 to 3 times a week threatening me with Legal action. I eventually agreed to make payment of R100 pm on a R10, 000 amount outstanding according to them. When they called me again after making the payment threatening me again with legal action for not making the payment, I naturally got angry as the payment was made as agreed. I contacted the Credit Ombud about the situation. I explained my situation and they sent me a form regarding the case. Lets see how this plays out. I cant stand organizations who belong to the government, who think they are above the LAW. Examples should be made of them. No matter what race or creed you are, the law should apply to all.
