I am writing this report in the hope that they stop sending me sms's threatening to take legal action or threatening to have the sheriff of the court hand me a summons for non payment. I pay my account each month and send them proof of payment & still i get the sms's. I get charged banking fees each time i have to log on to my bank account to send them proof of payment also in the hope that the sms's stop, but to no avail. I got a sms on the 1 October demanding payment to avoid blacklisting & again 11 October threatening to issue me with a summons by the sheriff of the court. Today, being the 16 October i have sent them, once again, proof of my payment, which i get charged for, and i have asked them to remove my number from the list that gets sent sms's as i have advised them that i make a payment every month. It's now to wait and see if that happens. I also get a call from them during the month asking me when will my next payment be? I mean really, I get paid on the 25th of each month. I am really getting annoyed with this lot.
