After trying to resolve the matter of settling the outstanding blue financial account, I have been reffered from pillar to post just to make arrangements, the acc was handed to JM attorneys from blue financial services which appearently no longer exists as per my telephonic conversation with their legal department called Phalosa. After being reffered from JM attorney's to Phalosa. Phalosa however claims that they unable to view the account with the ID and refference number given and that the acc is with ;JM attorneys. I am very frustrated by being reffered to and fro, kindly resolve the matter internally and give me the correct information as to whom the payment must be made too.
