The attorney Tanya Kruger of JA Kruger attorneys is the appointed transfer attorney of my purchased house. According to the bank FNB, lodging at the deeds office can only be done upon formal bond approval via the bank's electronic system. She lodged prior and the bank defaulted on their SLA (for approval) and the transaction was thrown out by the deeds office. We arranged our move, based upon the attorney's advice. It's Friday and we have to move Monday, which we can't, it's a weekend. This attorney has been very sparing in her communication and transparency on this transaction and it's my opinion that she does not have the necessary experience and diligence to perform this function. We have already paid our bill (the full amount) and all that she's responding with is that the registration has been re-submitted and will probably come up again at the deeds office after a week, or so. In the meanwhile, having acted on her advice, we find ourselves without a house, our furniture to be moved into storage and we to live in, I guess a hotel, on our own expense. My advice to you is: "Never choose attorneys who don't have a proven track record in what they do.", it will bite you bad.
