Legal Exec
Account been debited without autorization

My account has been debited since December 2012 for small amounts which I was not aware of.
when I contacted the owner/manager Rommel naidoo he advised me that my account was debited in error and he will sort it out he sent me an email I will be reimbursed for the amounts debited including bank charges.to date nothing as been done he does not take my calls neither does he return my calls.below is the email sent from Rommel naidoo

I wonder how many clients are been debited from legal exec for small amounts that they don't see.
