Attached you will find a letter that I have send to Cell c requesting that they need to cancel my contract and an alternative no were they can contact me as Cell C blocked the no bellow.
Cell no 084 254 2681 acc no 01619414 and still this has not been done.
1) Cell C is still sending me accounts for this account but this cell no was disconnected by Cell C.
2) This account was on a Debit order so I can not see how can I owe Cell C money.
3) On the day that I sent this letter (15/05/12) Cell C replied with a e-mail stating that they will be in touch with me within the next business day as you can see in the attached e-mail, this also did not happen.
4) Cell C has handed me over to VVM INC due to this, which I think is negligents from Cell C side.
5) I have e-mailed this same cancellation letter to Mr Naidoo at VVM INC that is working in their Cell C department and I have heard nothing about this, but yet again every end of the month VVM INC will phone me stating that I owe Cell C money.
6) If I don't get a letter of confirmation that the account has been cancelled you will leave no choice to take legal action.
We have asked for a settlement amount, NOTHING RECEIVED!!
