I keep getting phone calls / sms's from MBD demanding me to pay an Incredible Connection account. I would very much like to receive information about this account IN WRITING, to the email address that MBD have access to via Hellopeter. I have also sent more than 10 emails to the email address officially supplied on their website - [Email Removed] and have received no response. I am trying to co-operate but would like MBD's query in writing. I have telephoned Incredible Connection who have no account number on their systems at all matching the one MBD is claiming is mine, nor do Incredible Connection have any information under my name or ID number. I find MBD's constant sms's asking me to call them harassing. I have now made myself available on more than one occasion to open a dialogue with MBD via email. Please address me (to my email address) in written form, as is my legal right when accused of being in breach of contract. Thank you.
