I had an account with Wonga and due to financial difficulties i could not pay and it was handed over to Landau Attorneys. I called them requesting my statements and the balance, to my suprise they said they cant not provide me with the details i requested as they still need to trace me. How can they trace me if i called them and im confirmed all the details that i am the coreect person, they said they still need to confirm employment. I spoke to a Team leader by the name of Sherpard, he promised to send me the documents i required. I called again this morning and they said he is unavailable and the lady hung up the phone in my ear saying she is transferring my calls. I want to settle my account but they cant provide me with the balance so who's fault is it? If my name goes on ITC and reflects bad, i will sue them, because it will be their fault.
All i require from them is my statements and my balance.
