I had a call from some one on Saturday morning regarding a debt that is older than five years old. I contacted the person back and they said they were given the case in June this year. i have already had calls from DMC last year regarding this debt and then i told them the debt has been prescribed. Your threats of legal action are not found and if any default or tracing gets put onto my name i will take the matter further. Prescribed debt is for anything older than 3 years with no payment or communication. Please remove me off your system. and insure no legal defaults or tracing or anything has been put on my name if, please have it removed immediately.
