From Good to bad then Worse

Lipco been dealing with my case since last year everything was in order and been handled very well by Simone and Lizzy. I got updates almost everyday not by email only but by telephone calls aswell. then suddenly i got sms stating that i got a new Mediator Mr Egbert, when i finally called finding out whats happening Mr Egbert had no idea who i was n want am i calling for. Then i got told i need to send all the document i sent to Simone and Lizzy before (doesn't Lipso have a file of my previous correspondence) anyway so i sent all my documents as He requested. While Mr Egbert was on leave i continued sending my document to him and his assistant Carmen but ever since he returned from Leave i got an email again that i must send my documents. Lipco are suppose to help me with my case n make things easier not more stressful. as for me that are not always available to read my emails or stuck on my computer to do what is requested on time but i always manage to give whats needed. Lipco internal communication skills. Can i please get the service back like i use to get last year and please call your clients not email. i really do not know where i stand with Lipco or to whats happening
