Paid account and still being threatend

I paid my Ackermans account in full and asked to close it in 2007.
In Aug 2012 I got an account from VVM for card fees from ackermans, this i think is none sens but paid it, till this day I am getting emails threatening to blacklist me after the correct reference was used and I have emailed, phoned ect but to no joy!!

Passing the buck is the no 1 priority.
