I am been constantly harassed on my cellphone, work phone and spammed with email about a municipality account.
I have paid what i knew was rightfully due however i get spammed daily and called all the time to make payment and its not a call to ask much i can pay its a call to say you MUST pay R5000 by tomorrow as if the money just falls from the skies in our rainbow nation.
The agents are either Zombies and despite asking to speak to a supervisor i then get bombarded into an array of questions as to why i need to speak to a supervisor and they can assist me just as well.
So all i ask is for a full break down of payments received an how they come to the figure that is outstanding, and all i get is that they cannot give me that information and i should request it directly from the municipality, which always seems to be offline and cannot provide me with that either.
i do not like having any accounts but in order for me to pay it i need to know i am paying the correct amount
and if someone can get off their lazy behind and do their job this account could have been settled a year ago.
i will now refer this to the law society of the nothern provinces now as i have had my limit
