Not removed from the C/B as promissed in 2012

After I got cancer and could not work, I fell behind in payments on my MasterCard.

I was reported by this company, and blacklisted with the Credit Bureau.

After I repaid a few payments on a agreed amount, they offer me a settlement amount which I was able to pay them to clear this account. In this agreement they also promissed to inform the Credit Bureau that the debt was settled. and to remove my name. This debt was settled on 28th August 2012.

I was very shocked to be informed by my bank, that I was still reported on the Credit buarau! It was really humiliating to be told that I am not credit worthy because of Brookes & Luyt.

I sent emails to this avail, but no response what so ever!
