I fell behind with my Edgars account because of circumstances. I made arrangements with Edgars to pay them R520.00 per month shortly after the arrangement and 2 payments VVM started phoning me and harassing me asking me to pay even though I pay my account every month. Recently I received a red letter from VVM stating that they will blacklist me if I don't pay my account BUT I HAVE BEEN PAYING MY ACCOUNT EVERY MONTH AS ARRANGED!!! I phoned the call centre and they advised me that they can see my payments from last year up to date and don't understand why I received the red letter. Yesterday VVM contacted me and I told them I don't want to talk to them as I pay my arranged amount every month. Just a few minutes ago I received a SMS AGAIN THREATENING ME THAT I WILL BE BLACKLISTED IN 11 DAYS IF I DONT MAKE PAYMENT TODAY. I ALREADY PAID MY ACCOUNT ON WEDNESDAY!!! So now it's my turn to dish out threats! I WILL REPORT VVM TO THE NATIONAL CREDIT BUREA IN THE NEXT FEW DAYS BECAUSE THEY HARRAS AND THREATEN ME EVEN THOUGH I NEVER MISSED A PAYMENT AFTER MY ARRANGEMENT!!
