Was handed over to these people because of an Mtn account that was being used by anoher person besides myself & contacted the service provider, upon receiving no help... I made arrangements to make payments & had being doing so, but I've noticed these people have been adding interest onto the account that is being paid & upon contacting their call centre i was told that interest has to be added onto the account for what reason, they only know..I then called again & spoke to the 5th agent who told me about legal handling fees and i'm being charged that because of payments i missed 2yrs ago, I told the agent i've covered up for that by increasing my payment amounts on that account & was told that they cannot see that & will continue charging legal fees..I receive 4 statements a month from these people with 4 different settlement amounts & 4 different balances due to them within a, I'M SICK & TIRED OF GETTING NO HELP & BEING TOLD SOME NONSENSE STORY ABOUT INTEREST & HANDLING FEES!! WHEN AM I SUPPOSSED TO SETTLE THIS ACCOUNT WITH ALL THESE CHARGES!! GREEDY FOR MONEY IS WHAT I SAY!! WHEN ASKED IF THEY RECEIVED MY CASH PAYMENT, WAS TOLD IT TAKES 48HRS TO UPDATE & I'M STILL BEING CHARGED
