I was supposed to get a original guarantee document 30days after my divorce case, but nothing happened, i contacted P.Zietsman attorney to discuss this matter, he informed me that a few days doesn't matter and this was supposed to be finalised on 6july 2013.On the 16july 2013 according to me the attorneys discussed this case with each other P.Zietsman send me a fax dated from J.Maree 16 july 2013 that the money owing to me will be payed into Zietsman"s trust account, the agreement between all of us in court was that the guarantee will be made out to me so i can use this guarantee to buy a house, 21 july and this is not a few days according to me as i could loose the house that i want to purchases.i have phoned the prokureurs orde Pretoria and they informed me that this case can go to court again concerning this matter, i have to contact the senior stateprosecuter in Bloemfontein because this is "minagting van die hof"as this is unacceptable because this divorce case was dragged out long enough and i have paid a lot of money to conclude the case, why does this need to be dragged on longer again for their lack of service
