My immense frustration at the incompetence of Marie Van Coller Incorporated in Midrand, hired by now ex husband. Its taken months to secure a court date for an uncontested divorce hearing in the JHB High Court. Also to be told the hearing is on a particular date, then postponed because the advocate couldnt pitch & then placed on the roll with a confirmed date to my attorney only to be heard a week later, a week after the date on the roll. What gives?
The lack of communication, urgency & consideration for people on the receiving end of divorce! The hold placed on a person's life because of this is just unacceptable. Loosing a Restraining Order issued to me to serve on his attorney on instruction from the Magistrate of the Domestic Violence Court in Pta signed for by Van Coller, as no one can tell me where he is, yet he abandoned me for his ex wife on 28 December 2012, and moved in with her in PE on the 29th during our marriage counselling. So I use a tracing agent. My attorney has been kind enough to assist.
How sad & inhumane that one has to resort to threats & nastiness to secure a divorce decree because of the suing attorney's incompetence. No reply needed.
