I kept on getting these messages that i owe first national bank an amount of R18000 odd which i do. This is all because of the administration order after my divorce. I contacted the attorneys and the person answered and said he was from Magolego Attorneys and said to me he was Mr Magolego. I advised him that what he is doing is against the law as i was under administration. He said he does not care as FNB had handed me over for non payment for the account. He said that this has never been paid and i said that FNB would not have handed me over as they had all the documentation. He basicaly advised me that FNB then does not know what they are doing. I said ok so you are telling me that the company i work for does not know what they are doing and he said yes. I lost it and said to him that if i get another sms about this there will be trouble. I then contacted my attornies with home i was palced under admin and sent them the details of this. They then sent the court order etc as per request and asked hi to stop. I get an SMS weekly that they are taking me to court. If an attorney does not how to handle customers they should be disbared.
