Account paid up still threatened

I have been paying off my account without missing a single payment. Yet, every month, I would get a phone call, text and e-mail stating I did not honour my agreement. My reply would be the same every month, update your system - I have paid and never missed a payment.

This month a consultant phoned me and offered me a settlement discount. I received an e-mail from Jamila Kitup with a slightly reduced settlement amount if paid within 3 days. I paid immediately hoping to get rid of the harassment and e-mailed the proof of payment to Jamila. One week later I received an e-mail, text and yet another phone call threatening me because payment was not received. I checked online just to see that I still have an outstanding balance even after the settlement payment.

I immediately e-mailed Jamila but (no surprise) no response. Please sort this out as I refuse to be harassed and treated like a criminal any longer.
