I need urgent feedback please -
I made numerous payments into the following account -

Payment confirmation method None
Please note that the reference was according to the VVM letter that I received in the post.
The last payment was made on 29/09/2012 after which I phoned VVM to enquire how many payments was still left - I was told that none of my payments reflect on the system because the reference number was wrong, it was my SABS account number and not the VVM reference number. Now what I don't understand is why they cant find and allocate my payments after I supplied them with the reference number that my account was paid with? I keep getting these threatening phone calls and sms's but no one is willing to help me find the payments that was made and allocate them to my account in order to give me an up to date statement. I am not willing to make any more payments until I get feedback in this regard.
