I had an account with Vodacom which was handed over to you guys, i got calls 3 times a day being harassed to make payment and finally i paid my account last year and spoke to a refilwe who said that a paid up letter will be send to me, and please bear in mind that this was last year, i called maybe 4 times this year, everytime i get through to someone saying that they will take my details to the admin department and will get the letter via email within 7 days, it has been months and this has affected my credit score because now i need the letter to give to Vodacom so that they can update my profile, i dont believe the service i am getting, please someone tell me what to do, email is [Email Removed]
