POOR POOR SERVICE AND A LACK OF INTEGRITY

I CALLED SHAPIRO, SHAIK & DEFRIES ON 5 OCCASSIONS 3 WEEKS AGO AS MY PAID UP EDCON ACCOUNT WAS STILL SITTING WITH THEM AND SHE PROMISED TO PROVIDE ME WITH THE LETTER IN 48 HOURS AS THERE HAD BEEN AN ERROR AND THE ACCOUNT SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN SITTING WITH THEM GIVEN THAT IT WAS PAID UP BUT THAT NEVER HAPPENED. ANGELINE PRETENDED TO BE THE MANAGER WHICH IS NOT THE CASE. I FOLLOWED UP AGAIN ON 12 JUNE 2013 AND SHE PROMISED I WOULD HAVE THE PAID UP LETTER BY FRIDAY AND THAT HAS NOT BEEN DONE. THE TONE SHE TOOK WITH ME WAS UNPROFESSIONAL AND DISGUSTING TO SAY THE LEAST. I AM FED UP WITH THIS SERVICE. I AM CURRENTLY TRYING TO PURCHASE A HOUSE AND THIS IS REFLECTING ADVERSELY ON MY PROFILE. I WANT THAT PAID UP LETTER AND FOR THEM (SHAPIRO SHAIK DEFRIES) TO UPDATE MY DETAILS WITH ALL THE CREDIT BUREAU. IF THIS IS NOT DONE I WILL BE LODGING THIS WITH THE OMBUDSMAN.
