On 7th June I called their service centre wanting to speak to a consultant. Since all consultant was busy my number was taken and a promise made to return the call. On the 18th at 12:15 I called them again to find out if there are any available consultants as I assumed they all still very busy and unable to return the call. It was my lucky day and I spoke to the consultant. I need to manage my mothers estate (got all doctor documents etc) and assumed that Lipco would be able to assist with the documents. I am not "covered" for this??? Because according to them my mother needs to draw up the papers and she is not covered by them!!! She cannot even draw a stick man and that is why I must do it!!! Surely they must assist in this??
