I submitted a complaint on 02/07/2012 and received no response, they actually did not call or email me for almost 9 months and all of the sudden they started smsing and emailing me again about this issue. i cannot believe that no one has given me a phone call or proof of the purchases on this account:
in 2007 I payed off my account and closed my account @ the Ackermans in Middestad Centre in Bloemfontein. My account card was cut up in the branch in front of me.
Since 2010 VVM Attorneys has been phoning about an outstanding amount that is owed. I've asked them numerous times to provide me with the proof where/why i owe this money, as to my knowledge the account has been settled, i have not received any phone calls from Ackermans or statements. Suddenly my details was given over to attorneys and now I'm on ITC.
How is it that nobody can provide me with the proof that "i" used my account after 2007? There is proof on record that i have asked them numerous times to email me the necessary documents icw the outstanding amount.
We've left messages for the supervisor (Cheron) to contact us, but till date no response.
