This is now the second time i receive sms's regarding my ex boyfriends debt problems form you.
first of all you never call and make sure if contact details given to you by the institutions... RCS OR ABSA, is correct before you send off these sms's. certainly you should have procedures before going off and smsing every single contact number.this is so unfair because each time i have to call to remove my number on my own costs... this is unacceptable and unprofessional handling on your companies part.
i have called today 30/05/13 to remove my number from ref: 4609123 and removed my number on prev ref 4543720 both these ref are for rcs and absa.
