I'm unsure how you operate - I received an e-mail at my private work mail yesterday advising that some other person owes you an amount for money for Edgars arrears. Fair enough everyone makes mistakes. On calling you the agent apologised and removed my e-mail address.
I get home and find another 2 e-mails on my 2 personal mail addresses for exactly the same person with the same information! How on earth do my personal contact details get added to someone elses bad debt file?! This is unacceptable. I don't even have an Edgars account...
On calling your offices this morning, I demanded an explanation, to which the agent advised she will remove the other 2 e-mail addresses from your system, however she could not advise how this information was linked to the incorrect person - she would find out and call me in 15 minutes; it's now an hour later... this is even more unacceptable!
I expect some form of urgent response from you on this matter - I will take this further as I do not appreciate my personal details being used nor linked to someone elses debts. Awaiting your reply, explanation of how this happended and apology. I will be in contact with Edcon to highlight this issue.
