I'm being harrased by RL Daly. See below

The Sheriff of the court will be instructed to serve process on you at the address chosen and supplied by you to our client. If you are no longer at this address we invite you to e-mail us with the new physical street address at which you would prefer to be served by the Sheriff. You can arrest this process by making an initial payment towards your debt and by contacting RL Daly immediately on 0861-977-870 to make a fixed arrangement. Stop selling this debt over and over to other collection agencies and trying to collect, I know my rights, you have been sent a prescription claim letter. TAKE ME OFF YOUR DATABASE!!
