I have consistently been receiving text messages as a FINAL DEMAND for a TV Licence No: 250346350.

I have repeatedly called Shapiro, Shaik De Fries to rectify the acc name - they have somehow linked my cell phone number with a person of the surname SITHOLE!

I am not a Mr SITHOLE - please remove my cell no from your records!
