Please HELP. For the last 3 years I have been asking for a statement regarding my account. According to SS I owe Discovery outstanding money, the only thing I have ask them is a statement from Discovery to see WHY I owe Discovery money, I cannot pay money just because SS is saying I owe money. I want to know which doctors has not been paid and why. Every time I ask for a statement the call centre of SS just say sorry you need to pay us. I CANNOT PAY something that I do not know what for! The call centre agents are so rude. I have been placed on ITC because of this, SS add money for every sms and phone call that SS make, and still after 3 years with interest I still do not have a statement from Discovery regarding the outstanding amount. I do not have a problem to pay but need to know why I owe them money. Please help me
