On the 20th of March I made an EFT payment of R1400 into my RCS account and my outstanding balance was R1800. Two weeks later I received calls from the MBD Attorneys that I only paid R104 which only reflected on their side on the 31st March. I then e-mail team leader Brendon Thomson who promised to take care of the matter and has done nothing with the issue as i still receive calls. Its really frustrating to be told i am owing and when i have given them proof of payment they disregard it and no relevant contacts to the matter have since been made.
