I have settled my Woolworths account that was handed over to RL Daly Attorneys. The settlement and proof of payment were fowarded to their offices on the 02/04/2013. Two weeks later i called their offices for a paid up letter spoke to Kajal and she advised that the paid up letter has been requested and should receive same in 7 days. I called again today 06/05/2013 spoke to a very rude guy who said his name is Nolan and i need to pay an amount of R100.00 for a paid up letter he then said one was sent on the 10/04/2013. I requested that he resend it as i did not receive any paid up letter from their offices of which he response was he will see.??? I need the paid up letter before the end of the day today.
