We have purchased a property on a subject to sale. This transaction began in October. There have been a number of emails from our coveyencing attorney (Wynand Naude) to Sharain, and we have to wait for an entoire day at a time to get a response. We have been waiting for the entire week for her to place some urgency in resolving this matter to no avail. Upon contacting her this afernoon we were advised that " we will request for an extension on this matter for 1 more day" even though our attorney advised her in writing thgat we have to register by the 17th or we have to relodge. What is not being understood is that this has been occuring everyday this week that we are advised that the property will register " tomorrow" we are living out of boxes, have taken leave to move and there is no urgency being placed by Sharain to resolve this matter!
