URGENT REFUND

I purchased a voucher for a getaway to Hartebeespoort that was a 'daily special' on the 29 April 2013, within minutes of buying the voucher i contacted the supplier to book a trip as the voucher states available immediately until 25 July 2013. the supplier advised that all weekends for May and June were fully booked and i could only use it in July. I have emailed cityslicker and demanded a refund as i needed to use it for a birthday getaway in May. i have stressed the urgency of the refund as i need to book elsewhere immediately. no one has contacted me to discuss this or acknowledge that the refund will be paid. I am disgusted that a special is used and then only 1 month is available to redeem it, there is no way to telephonically communicate with you and email is not responded to. i want an urgent refund immediately.
