I purchases a headlamp on Bid or Buy and made payment to seller and emailed her the proof of payment, after no response from the seller for 5 days a few more emails sent to her, she replies on one of my my emails that she didnt receive the email with attached payment, I tried to contact her mobile phone and she never answers

Bid or Buy also sent her a number of emails and she never responds
