I purchased a product online on the 14 Jan 2013, paid and mailed proof of payment to the seller. heard nothing for over a week. Finally received a mail saying that it would take 20 days and tracking number was added on the order online, but it never was. After a month of asking where the tracking number and parcel was and getting no joy i contacted The community watch at bid or buy. Its been almost 3 months now, no product, and no response from bidorbuy since 22 March even though i have been mailing and mailing. The seller after 2 months finally gave me a tracking number, but it doesnt exist anywhere. I feel i am just being ignored now. I trusted the site, and it looks like i am now out of pocket for R250 and the seller and bidorbuy are not interested in refunding me or even responding. order reference 5620868. dont buy anything from From: "Hoi Hong CHOW"
