Good Day RubyBox
I am not sure how i should feel about this. Firstly I had to put in a complaint on this forum in order get some type of resolution with regards to my Feb Rubybox as 5 phone calls not answered/kept on hold and two emails sent within a week could not get your attention.
I subscribed to your rubybox for the fist time 25/01/2013 i took the rubybox plus magazine option.
To add insult to injury after not receiving my Feb Box on time i have not even received my FIRST magazine subscription yet. i have called in twice this last week and kept on hold i have sent an email again with no response!
With that said, please explain to me what impression i should have? As i have said before this was my very first time dealing with you. i have no faith left! i do not want to have to experience this every time i choose to do business with RubyBox.
It seems to unbelievable to be true, i must have missed something here when signing up??
