GHD Order Gone Wrong

I have order a GHD on special on the 08.01.2013. When I bought my deal at 08:08 I was the second person to buy this product from The Hair co.

At around 10'O clock I have not received proof of my purchased as I needed to send city slicker an email where they confirmed my order was received and all is well.

Today (11.01.2013) I received a mail saying that there are no stock and a refund will be made. I do not understand as you can see how many people buy this deal and when I bought it I was the second to do so. When the deal closed 5 people has bought it.

Now I get a mail from the supplier stating that they have no stock for city slicker and I am welcome to buy one from them at a discount.

This is unacceptable and BAD client service, I wish city slicker pay my money back a.s.a.p as they were quick to take money.

I will advise that NO ONE buy from them as they always have a problem with orders.
